Training

We train your teams face to face and or remotely by conference call and can accommodate a “train the trainer” training approach. First, we carry out an audit of your training needs, to make sure we adapt the training to your organisation’s needs. And, if you wish, we can also write a custom training reference guide. We typically train your whole team quite rapidly, in two separate two day sessions.

Project Management

We know you don’t just buy software from us: you buy its benefits and want it up and running “asap”, without fuss so that you can reach your deadline on time and without unnecessary pressure. We build the project roadmap and calendar with you. As a rule of thumb, it takes 2 to 3 months to get an Ozion PRM or CheckPoint solution up and running, between the time the signature has started to dry on the contract and the moment your site goes “Live”.

Audit & Configuration

For your organization and teams to get the most out of your Ozion Airport Software, it is best for representatives of your operational team to work with our consultants to get a clear understanding of how you work and what you wish to achieve. Once we understand your processes and goals, we rapidly configure your Ozion application so that you will get the most from it with the least effort. This process typically takes a few days depending on the size and complexity of your project.

Custom Development

Though the applications we build to manage your airport operations are intended to be simple and as close to  “plug and play” as possible, we know that there are cases when you may want us to Custom Develop certain functionalities, interfaces, reports, etc,. so they suit your needs well and and fit snuggly inside your infrastructure.  We are happy to perform these custom developments for you, although you will find that they usually are not necessary.

Maintenance

Ozion Airport applications are available in SaaS (“Software as a Service”) Cloud mode or, when certain large organisations require it, in thin-client mode on the client’s chosen premises.  Clients who purchase the SaaS version benefit technically from regular upgrades automatically  (though there will generally be a fee to pay for major upgrades).  Clients who opt to run their Ozion Airport software within their premises, will pay an annual maintenance fee that gives them access to all upgrades including major upgrades.
